Can I shade my districts so they stand out on my map?

Maptitude for Redistricting includes a custom theme file in your redistricting region folder. You can use this file to shade your districts.

  1. Right-click on the Districts layer in the Display Manager and choose Make working layer.
  2. Click to open the Color Theme Map Wizard.
  3. Click Load…
  4. Choose the From Settings File radio button.
  5. Browse to C:\XX Data 20YY Final (where XX is the state abbreviation and YY is the year) and choose Redistricting Settings.stg.
  6. Click Open.
  7. Choose District Theme and click OK.
  8. Click OK.
