Annotation Select

Summary

Waits for the user to click or drag on a map or layout and selects one or more freehand items, or waits for the user to double-click on a map or layout and displays the appropriate style dialog box.

Notes

• This is the macro called by the Pointer tool on the Tools toolbar.

• This macro is explicitly designed to be called only from a Tool item in a dialog box of type Toolbox.

• If the user holds the Shift key while clicking or dragging, additional freehand items are selected. If the user holds the Ctrl key while clicking or dragging, selected freehand items are deselected.

• If the user double-clicks on a freehand item, Maptitude will display the appropriate style dialog box.
