ChooseColor()

Gets a color using the Windows Color dialog box.

color_value = ChooseColor(color initial_color, string help_keyword)

Argument	Contents
initial _color	The color initially highlighted in the dialog box
help_keyword	A keyword in the help system that indicates the help topic displayed if the user presses F1

The chosen color.
