Sneak Preview: Maptitude 2020 Makes Analysis Faster Than Ever Before!

Maptitude 2020 is due out in the first quarter of 2020, and we are offering you an exclusive first look at some of the new features!

Faster
Maptitude 2020 is our fastest version yet, with improvements to layer drawing speed, quicker layer creation for tools such as drive-time rings and buffers, better software download times, and quicker loading of all the routing tools.

Intuitive Tools
Maptitude 2020 now includes one of the best features of Microsoft MapPoint, the ability to copy drawing items between maps to the exact same location. In addition, you can now clearly differentiate points on a map using a default numbered symbol theme. Once you have created your maps, you can now save them using a new export to PDF tool that automatically uses landscape or portrait orientation, depending on your map dimensions.

Powerful Tools
The Facility Location tool supports "What if?" analyses for situations where you don't already know where you would like to site a new property. Now any number of potential sites can be considered.

When modeling routes, you can set the Automatic Rest setting to be any value, and with no overnight break, allowing you to model long-haul routes while adhering to government rules such as those for interstate truck drivers in the USA.

To support the growing number of logistics tools in Maptitude, Country Packages now include a logistics tutorial file with locations for clients, sites, and depots. This allows you to quickly familiarize yourself with the analytical capabilities of Maptitude no matter which country data you have purchased.

New Premium Data
Maptitude 2020 users will have access to our completely new business-critical data. Now included are 54 new fields covering population projections out to 2060, the value of goods/services by industry, and poverty status. We will also be updating the free premium data for our Maptitude 2020 customers.

Maptitude comes with the latest commercial grade maps, demographics, and data available. Maptitude includes annually refreshed Census and business data and the most accurate streets and USPS ZIP Code boundaries. If you work for a business that relies on accurate and updated travel costs, demographics, and locations, then Maptitude 2020 is your best choice. And all for only US$395 (per upgrade).

Almost half of their stores are in just four of 32 subsegments. This map shows those four subsegments and the Trader Joe's and Whole Foods locations in Orange County, California. Our segmentation shows that the cities of Fullerton, Orange, and Dana Point could be good locations for either of these grocery chains to explore for a new location.
