TRAVELOGUE Add-In

This add-in lets you click on a map feature and view or print a set of pictures for the feature. When run, it displays a toolbox with a View Tool and a Print Tool.

When you press the View Tool and click on a feature, pictures associated with the feature (using an index file) are displayed in alphabetical order based upon the picture file name. You click the mouse to move on to the next picture.

When you press the Printer Tool and click on a map feature, a layout is opened using the default printer. Two pictures are added to the layout using their file names as titles. A page number is added, and the layout is automatically printed. This is repeated until all pictures are printed, then a message is displayed telling the user how many pages were printed.

Installation

1. Download the file GISDK_TRAVELOGUE.ZIP and extract the file TRAVELOGUE.RSC. A good place to save the resource file is in the GISDK\Samples folder in the Maptitude program folder.
2. Open the TRAVELOGUE.RSC file with your text editor to view information on installing and using this add-in located at the beginning of the file.
