The Travel Demand Modeling with TransCAD classroom training course is designed to help you understand TransCAD and how to use it effectively and productively, with a focus on transportation planning and forecasting. Topics covered include:

• $1500 for the 5-day Travel Demand Modeling course
• Classes are 10:30am to 4:30pm EDT each day
• Advance registration and payment are required

Computer Requirements for the Virtual Course

We recommend the minimum computer hardware specifications to successfully run TransCAD and participate in the sessions:

• Operating System: 64-bit Windows 10 or 11
• Processor: 4 core processors or higher
• Memory: 16GB RAM memory with 8GB minimum memory
• Disk space: 100GB of available disk space or more. SSD drives are ideal
• Monitor: 20" or larger monitors

Caliper will provide temporary TransCAD licenses and datasets and will supply download links to download all necessary software and materials before training starts. For the best learning experience, we recommend that you have a dual monitor setup to view the training on one monitor and run TransCAD with the other monitor. If dual monitors are not available, the training can be viewed on a tablet or secondary device while you participate on your main computer.
