Vince Bernardin, Jr., PhD, is a Vice President at Caliper Corporation. He is an internationally recognized expert in transportation demand forecasting with experience in twenty-seven U.S. states, Canada, and Australia developing and applying statewide, urban, and corridor-level travel forecasting models for both plan development and major project studies.
